1 pomegranate (seeds only)

1 lb high quality organic dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)


  • Melt chocolate on stove. 

  • Mix in pomegranate seeds until fully covered in chocolate. 

  • Spoon out in droppings onto a parchment lined baking sheet or in mini cupcake pan

  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 

  • Enjoy this special treat!
