What attracted you to Shayna’s HOPE Method?

 

When I found Shayna and her hope method, I was feeling lost, anxious, and of course, hopeless. I was a recent college grad who was not adjusting well to the “real world”. I was looking for a coach who could offer me practical advice, and from the minute I met Shayna, I knew she understood exactly what I had gone through. Our stories were extremely similar and I hardly had to explain myself to her. Shayna focuses on healing the big problems instead of quick fixes, and I appreciated her insightful and supportive form of guidance.

 

How did the HOPE Method give you hope in your life?

 

Before meeting Shayna, I thought I was supposed to work a 9-5 job that made me miserable. I thought I was supposed to work just to get through the week until the weekend or my next vacation. I thought being miserable for the next 50 years was normal. Even though deep down I knew these things weren’t true, I had no validation. Shayna validated my feelings and made me feel like I wasn’t alone in wanting more for my life. Throughout my time working with Shayna, I gained the confidence to make two major career changes and to start listening to my heart and trusting my instincts. 

 

What did you most enjoy about the process of working with a coach?

 

Working with Shayna is like having a conversation with your oldest and dearest friend. She radiates warmth and positivity that makes you want to be around her. I loved how she made me feel like anything was possible. All of these great attributes made working with Shayna as a coach a great experience. Coaches are different than therapists or psychiatrists because they can give you advice and guidance on making positive choices that will impact your life for the better. I loved (and sometimes dreaded) having someone check in on me weekly to make sure I was following through with the changes that I wanted to make. 

 

How was Shayna’s HOPE Method different from other programs that you have tried?

 

Shayna’s hope method is hard to describe because each individual goes through such a unique experience. The hope method focuses on personal wellness and putting yourself above all others. Acting selfish but in a positive way that allows you to better serve others by serving yourself first. I felt that my core values were being followed by following the hope method. Shayna does not offer a “diet that will change your life” or any other gimmicky products. She offers real results. 

What positive changes have you noticed in your life since working with Shayna?

A little over a year ago I was working in a miserable job that I hated going to everyday. I thought that by working harder I would feel more accomplished and happier. But I quickly learned that what I needed was to slow down my life and focus on healing myself before I can give myself to others fully. I am now taking time off from working full time and exploring areas of work that I am truly passionate in. I am less afraid to be different and try new things. Through working with Shayna, I have learned that all things are possible.
