I live on Cape Cod with my husband, John; our baby boy, and our three rescue pets.

I live close to the ocean, our nieces and nephews, my parents, and the local yoga center. This allows me to spend time doing what I love~yoga, walking the beach, laughing and being with the ones I love.

I realize all of my experiences, even the difficult ones, have created the path to where I am today.

I couldn’t imagine it any other way.

My Story

From a young child, I was very anxious, sensitive and shy. I struggled in social situations and had constant fears and worries. I was super emotional and easily affected by others. When I was 12, my family made a big move and my anxiety and depression took a turn for the worst. I was prescribed Prozac, an antidepressant and I took it off and on throughout high school. It took the edge off but didn't help me to feel better for long.

I honestly never thought I would have a career based in wellbeing, mindset and transformation until my father became disabled from taking the statin drug, Crestor, which was meant to lower his cholesterol. During my first semester of college, I began researching and became extremely interested in nutrition and how I could possibly help others prevent what my family had been through.

I started taking supplements and my own health and moods began to improve. This helped me to realize alternative ways to get healthier and happier rather than prescription drugs. I then decided to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a certified holistic health coach. While in nutrition school, I worked with a health coach and transformed my own mind and body.  I was able to stop taking Prozac and expanded my knowledge with psychology, human development, neuro-linguistic programming, habit-changework, visualizations and more trainings across the country.

I am extremely passionate about guiding other women to embrace their anxiety and find peace and purpose within. I know it's possible for them to find their own path toward happiness.

“I’m beginning to cry as I write this because now I am FREE. My anxiety, as you know, has been crippling for me for 10 years now. Something as simple as choosing the healthier options instead of hiding from the world all day, I can never pay you in any amount for. Shayna, thank you for bringing out in me something I never thought I could. I truly feel like you have helped ME save ME. I have no doubt God brought you in my life, and I thank Him every week.”
