100% Organic Ingredients:
~Chamomile tea promotes relaxation.
~Lavender, relieves stress.
~Rose hips, rich in antioxidants.
~Alfalfa, balances hormones.
~Passionflower, eases anxiety.
~Marshmallow Root, helps digestion.
~Milk Thistle Seed, protects liver.
~Cinnamon, balances blood sugar.
~Vanilla flavor extract, grounding taste.
Naturally Caffeine free 1 oz (30g),
Servings 10 - 15 cups (3g each)
STEEPING DIRECTIONS:
Store tea in a cool, dry place. Shake bag before use.
Hot Brewing: Add 1 tsp (3g) of tea per 6 oz near boiled water ( 208 F - 212 F) in reusable tea bag or your steeping process of choice.
Steep for 5 - 15 minutes. Flavors & benefits flourish the longer this blend is steeped.
