Chocolate Covered Pomegranate
Ingredients: 1 pomegranate (seeds only) 1 lb high quality organic dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao) Directions: Melt chocolate on stove. Mix in pomegranate seeds until fully covered in chocolate.
