Well, here we are! Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Traditionally, Thanksgiving symbolizes a day to recognize all of the things that we are grateful for in our lives.

The holiday also provides us with a few days to take a break, slow down, and spend time with our closest family and friends. It can be easy to limit our expression of gratitude to one day a year, but expressing gratitude every single day can be a powerful practice that has the ability to drastically improve your life.
